Deans’ Hall
A beautiful, traditional wooden floor hall of over 330 square metres, Deans’ Hall can accommodate up to 200 for a silver service meal. With its vaulted ceilings and magnificent stained glass window it makes for a fine venue for formal dinners and wedding receptions.
Old Hall
A medieval building dating back to the 1540’s. Old Hall is well suited to intimate lunches, dinners and functions. It caters for up to 60 dining and 100 for talks, exhibitions or drinks receptions. Old Hall has a historic but welcoming ambience.
Grass Quad
An Oxbridge type quad that links the two main Schools Halls. This cloistered area is ideal for warm evenings and the numerous backdrops are very popular for event photographs.

Marquee in the Walled Garden
Be one of the first to book our picturesque marquee in the grounds of Berkhamsted Pre-Prep’s charming and traditional walled garden that is brimming with romance and charm. This secluded venue is available during the summer months and is the perfect setting for a marquee reception.

Currently Berkhamsted is unable to offer couples a ceremony at our venues, however, the location of both Castle Campus and the Pre-Prep Campus means that your Wedding Reception can be held very local to ceremony options around town:
